Meet the Boys

Mesquite is a Speck buck with a long body.  I purchased him at the Speck, Ross Lockhart, Habey Auction in 2002 in Texas.  He has passed his very fine, uniform fleece and long body on to his kids

Shamrock was a small buck kid that was nearly culled because of his slow growth.  He has left all that behind now as he tips the scales at about 180 pounds.  He has a real eye for the ladies and takes his job seriously.  His fine fleece is evident in all his kids.  He has not passed on his slow growth rate as evidenced by buck kid Siberica, who weighed about 135 pounds as a yearling.
